Production & Shipping Info

​Here’s the lowdown on how things flow from my hands to your door:

Custom Orders

  • Every custom piece is made to order with love (and probably a latte). My typical turnaround time is 5–10 business days, unless we’ve discussed something different ahead of time.

  • Need it sooner? Just ask—I do my best to accommodate when I can!

​

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items

  • All RTS non-customized orders will ship out within 2 business days after your order is processed.


Turnaround Times & Ship Dates

  • All timelines are estimates—not guarantees (except for specific holiday guarantees, when offered). I’m a real human juggling a full-time job chasing a busy toddler, and multiple businesses. Some weeks I’m ahead of schedule, others I might need an extra day or two. Thanks for rolling with the chaos.


Need it by a certain date?

  • Please let me know! Drop the deadline in your order notes and send an email so I can do my best to make it happen.


Shipping & Tracking Info

  • After your shipping label is created, please allow up to 2 business days for USPS to scan it in and for tracking to update. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Once It’s Out of My Hands...

  • As much as I wish I could hand-deliver every order with a smile and a bow, once your package is with the Postal Service, it’s officially out of my control. I’m not responsible for delays, lost packages, or mishandling by the postal service—and I can’t offer refunds or changes once it’s been scanned in.

  • If something seems off with tracking, I’m happy to help you troubleshoot, but your local post office will be your best bet for updates.

  • If your item is received in a damaged state due to the Postal Service, please contact me immediately with pictures of the packaging as you received it, and the defective item and I will immediately initiate a claim with the postal service. 

    • Depending on the extent of damage in the images I may ask you to return the item, or dispose of it - to be discussed should this issue ever arise.​

Returns & Real Talk

I want you to love your order just as much as I loved making it!

​

For custom-made items: all sales are final.

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a legit issue on our end (like a defect or design error).

  • In that case, we’ll make it right with a corrected replacement or full refund—I promise.​

  • Before you hit “order,” double-check all the details —names, numbers, colors, spellings, etc. We can’t fix what wasn’t wrong on the order details to begin with.​

​

Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery if they’re unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

 

If something is off, we’re here to help—shoot me an email at bohemegrace@gmail.com and let us know what happened, please include photos of the item and original packaging.

Defective Returns:

  • Return shipping label will be provided by me

  • You will receive a replacement or full refund based on our discussions

​

Remorseful Returns:

  • Return shipping = buyer’s responsibility

  • Refunds have a 10% restocking fee

    • No fee if you choose to go with a store credit or exchange â€‹
